2. ORDER PROCESSING & BATCH FULFILLMENT

Most orders are fulfilled according to a production batch schedule:

  • Orders are allocated to the next available production batch at the time of purchase

  • Production begins once a batch is confirmed

  • Transit Time:

    • Europe & UK: 7–12 business days

    • North America: 7–14 business days

4. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

XENOVA ships to most international destinations.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact support before placing an order.

Certain remote or restricted regions may experience longer delivery times or limited service availability.
