This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, exclusions, and procedures for warranty service for XENOVA products. By purchasing a XENOVA device, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
XENOVA provides a Limited Hardware Warranty for XENOVA-branded laptops (“Product”) purchased directly from XENOVA or from authorized sellers.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period.
2. WARRANTY PERIOD
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

Standard Warranty Period:
12 months from the original date of delivery to the customer.
The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.
3. WHAT IS COVERED
During the warranty period, XENOVA will, at its discretion:

Repair the defective product or component

Replace the defective product or component with a new or refurbished equivalent

Provide an alternative remedy where repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable
Covered items may include, but are not limited to:

Internal hardware components
-
Display panels (excluding accidental damage)

Keyboard, trackpad, ports, and internal connectors

Manufacturing-related power or boot failures
4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration)

Damage caused by accidents, drops, liquid exposure, fire, or misuse

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or transportation

Software issues not related to pre-installed operating system defects

Consumable parts or accessories unless otherwise specified
Products with altered, removed, or illegible serial numbers are not eligible for warranty service.
5. WARRANTY SERVICE PROCESS
To request warranty service:

Provide proof of purchase and product serial number

Describe the issue clearly and accurately

Follow the instructions provided by the support team
XENOVA may require the product to be inspected before approving warranty service.
6. SHIPPING & HANDLING FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS

Customers may be responsible for shipping the product to the designated service location unless otherwise stated.

XENOVA will cover return shipping for approved warranty repairs or replacements, where applicable.

International shipping timelines may vary depending on location and service availability.
7. REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS
If a replacement is provided:

The replacement may be new or refurbished

Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or a minimum of 90 days, whichever is longer
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

XENOVA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption

XENOVA’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
Customers are responsible for backing up data before submitting a product for service.

Warranty terms may vary depending on local laws and regulations.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your region.
10. TRANSFERABILITY
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless required by local law.
